   Great glow
   This is a wonderful collar for night. It has such a great glow we can see our dog over 100 yards away. Easy to get on and off. Sit for the comfort of the dog.

   This was a nice lighted collar for my Labradoodle. I wasn’t sure how to make it shorter, so I just left it long and looped it around his harness. It got many smiles and compliments from pastors by. It definitely makes your pet more visible.

   There were no directions on how to make it “cut to fit”. This is not a collar that accepts a leash, it is for lighting only. There is a white soft plastic tube containing a set of multi colored fairy lights (like you can buy in any craft store). The collar says cut to fit, but I don’t think you can cut through the wire of lights? So I cut the tube carefully to fit and then tucked the 2 or 3 remaining lights back into the tube and the reattached the lock device back into the tube.There are three options, steady light, all lights flash on and off together, and lights flash randomly creating a sparkle effect (in photo). The lights can NOT be set to only one color. They are very bright LED lights, each about the size of the top of a straight pen.There is a one-button switch on the clasp. It comes with a very short USB charging cord, which you plug into the port on the clasp. When the tiny light on the clasp is RED, the collar is charging. When the light goes off, the collar is charged.I have used it for about a week now, but only about 30 minutes each night, and it is holding up fine so far. The rechargeable battery can not be replaced.

   I use this to walk my dog at night, and I’ve received many positive compliments–like dozens!–and I’m so happy this is a product that works, and it works great! I’ve had to recharge it a few times every week or two, and I accidentally left it charging over night. I was so afraid of it not working anymore, but it works great even after that mishap.

   Button broke after 2 weeks of use.
   Edit – Seller promptly reached out and offered a refund. I will give this collar another go.I really was enjoying this collar for our early morning outings, however it had been glitchy the past few days (turning off on its own when my dog was in the field). It would go back on when he came to me and I hit the button. Now however, the button does not work at all. The lights were stuck on after our outing today and have just now died out. I want to try this product again, but seeing others have had similar problems I may look for other options.

   We’ve been using this rechargeable RGB LED dog collar for our fox hound for about three months now, and it’s been a mixed bag of experiences. On the bright side (pun intended), the rainbow color is adorable, and the waterproof design is a real plus for those rainy night walks. The collar has held up well so far, continuing to work and charge properly.Pros:- Cute, eye-catching rainbow color- Waterproof design, perfect for rainy weather- Rechargeable and long-lasting (3+ months and counting)- Helps keep an eye on your pup in low-light conditionsCons:- Sizing and adjustment can be tricky- Lights may slide off for dogs with slim necks or scent hounds who keep their noses to the ground- Not the most reliable option for dogs prone to wandering offOne of the biggest challenges we faced was adjusting the collar size. We had to cut the collar for a better fit, which was a bit nerve-wracking, considering the electrical wiring inside. It would be great if the collar came in different sizes or had more adjustment options. Our fox hound has a skinny neck, head, and nose, which makes it tough to find a perfectly fitting collar.Another thing to keep in mind is that if you have a scent hound who loves to keep their nose to the ground, the lights may slide off from time to time. This collar might not be the most reliable option if you’re relying on it to help locate a dog who tends to wander off. Luckily, our pup stays in the yard, so it’s not a dealbreaker for us.The Bottom Line:The LED Dog Collar is a fun and functional accessory that helps us keep an eye on our furry friend during nighttime bathroom breaks and in poor weather conditions.    Best dog collar EVER to find my dog in my dark back yard. Very Happy Customer
   I bought this (NOVKIN LED Dog Collar) over the summer so I can find my weimaraner so much easier in my dark back yard for when she is ignoring me. THis is by far the best collar Ive ever purchased & we put it on her every night when she goes outside. It is very light weight & very easy to put on & take off, it has 2 blinking modes & 1 non blinking mode & the colors are very bright & visible all around the neck & is rechargeable / has no batteries which is great so I just charge it every night before bed. When I first opened the box the collar was too long & If I can remember correctly the instructions weren’t very clear so I measured & removed one end of the collar tube (I had to pull hard) & I made a mark to cut with scissors & cut just a small slice & carefully made a straight cut around the lighting wire. (I just tucked the wire back in the tube) & then connected the tube end on snug to the white plastic locking piece.

   New review from May 2022:Original collar broke after my dog bit it.New collar looks identical but is actually different:1. Lights are more spaced out (see picture). The internal wiring is also slightly different (only 2 wires instead of 3) but each light can still change colour (by combining red, green and blue LEDs).2. The flashing pattern has changed; most notably: not possible to get steady lights (they always flash, regardless of the mode), they seem to flash in sequence, and one of the modes has different colours at the same time (giving the rainbow effect shown in product pictures).Just got this and haven’t tested it at night yet, but I don’t imagine it’ll be a deal breaker.——— review below from Dec 2021:Details: it’s really bright because there are LEDs around the whole collar, spaced by about 5 cm.They all flash at the same time and all with the same colour (so that’s different from the pictures shown for this product).Each press of the button changes the colour/mode: the first few modes are steady light in different colours and the last two modes are slow and fast flashing, with the colour changing at each « flash ».I wasn’t sure it was possible to adjust the length but in fact it’s ok to cut the collar pretty much anywhere (except on top of a LED). So just turn it on and use normal scissors to snip between two lights. Discard the cut end and the rest will work just as before. I was worried the three small wires (connecting the led) would cause a short but they seem to be coated by some thin plastic so no problem.

    Arrived fine. Worked fine the first time. The second time it wouldn’t turn off. The only thing to do was wait until it ran out of battery. Very poor product. Don’t recommend.

    Nice bright colours, and easy to change to the different colours. We go for 30-50 min walks every night and only charge once in two/three weeks. Not sure if it needs charging, but did a charge just in case it shut off during a walk.It’s huge so if you have a super big dog you don’t need to shorten. We have a med/large dog so I needed to shorten about 3in/7.62cm. Easy to do.Pull the closure attachment out of rubber tubbing on one side. Cut the rubber tubbing that’s around the light cord To the length you need to fit your dogs neck, making sure it’s not to tight. DO NOT CUT THROUGH LIGHT CORD. Take the length of light cord now sticking out and bend it into the rubber tubbing.Push closure attachment back into rubber tubbing and you’re good to go. I have mine so I can slip it over our dogs head. That way it’s loose enough to go over her rain/winter coats. When she’s not wearing a coat her collar holds it on. It has never fallen off, even when our dogs was running through the snow.Was looking for a night light collar for a long time and never found one that was and good. But I highly recommend this collar, it ticks all the boxes.

    I purchased this collar for my 25lbs Boston Terrier. This collar is able to wrap around my dog’s neck twice. I haven’t cut it yet, so I can’t speak to how it works after cutting. The light is bright, doesn’t appear to bother my dog while walking/playing and has been working well so far. Keeping my dog safe in the dark.
